John was exceptional at helping me with the major repair of my car. What I thought was a simple alignment was much more. He diagnosed and was patient while I worked out the situation with insurance due to the damage being caused by hitting a pothole. He replaced the damaged parts and it's driving great now. His shop was great to work with.
