I have been using Nline since moving to the Heights in 1999. I recently had an issue with my 2020 RAM Limited edition, in that the front tires were scuffing on the outside edges and a little wobble in the steering wheel between 50-55 mph. I had my truck back to a local RAM/MOPAR dealership multiple times and had the tires rebalanced at over $100, and the alignment checked more than twice by the dealer. All is in line they said. Well, my tires are now shot. I ordered new ones from Discount Tire and took my RAM to Nline, as I did with my previous vehicles. They diagnosed the issue a too much toe in, and I was out the door to pick up my Discount Tire replacements. Cost me all of < $100 with Nline. Lesson learned, I should have stopped there first a long time ago, but figured that MOPAR mechanics would know more about the air bagged RAM than Nline.....NOT..... Do yourself a favor, and skip the dealer and get your stuff fixed right the first time at a fair price.
