Great service ... as always

I should have asked price, but this place was recommended to me, so assumed reasonable. Stopped in for brake light replacement, done in a few minutes (the only reason for 2 stars)....for $32?!?!? Unbelievable!! Did "help me out" to $24, but "the computer calculates labor" is poor excuse and definite overcharge for something that takes less than 5 minutes but they charge at 1/3 of an hour. I sat way longer waiting to be checked out than it even took to change the bulb. Won't be back, will stick to getting my car taken care of outside of Houston.

I have two vehicles for which alignment work has been done by Nline, one is a 2004 Jeep Liberty and the other a 2008 M3. Their workmanship and prices have been great on both and I will continue to bring my vehicles back. I high recommend them.

Great People, Great Service

My home is Phoenix, so when my engine light went on I was concerned. How am I going to find a mechanic I can trust. To make this experience brief, through verification with my home town mechanic, Scott of Greulich's, I was connected with N Line Automotive. They located the source causing the engine light and then spent time resolving the issue. They were patient with my car as it did not respond immediately. After the second adjustment and ten miles later the engine light and indicators responded properly. However there was no additional charge for the extra time. I now am comfortable that the twenty hour drive from Houston to Phoenix will be without issue. Thanks to N Line's patience, integrity and customer service! When I return to Houston I am going to N Line!
